What started as a joke how you can make more money tapping trees than logging quickly escalated into a full scale maple syrup operation! We love to do things the old fashioned way so we boil our maple syrup with a wood fired evaporater. It takes some extra work but we think the flavor is unparalleled! We also have an apiary on site that we harvest honey from. There's a debate in our family of what's best - maple syrup or honey. If you have a preference let us know and help us settle this!

We also offer tea blends and farm fresh eggs as well as gift baskets for special occasions or by request.
