Our lighter colored honey has a milder, sweeter taste. Clover is the primary flower the bees were busy pollinating to make this delicious honey!
 
Our darker honey has a more robust taste. The color is due to the types of plants the bees were busy pollinating - goldenrod, buckwheat, and/or knotweed can cause this.
